Terms of Service
​Membership Options:
Bronze Package — $17/month (1 claim per month)
Gold Package — $35/month (up to 3 claims per month)
By subscribing to America RRA, you agree to the following:
You are eligible to receive 30% reimbursement on qualifying roadside services.
Covered services include: towing, fuel delivery, car lockouts, and flat tire assistance.
You must use your own provider and pay them directly.
A valid receipt is required to submit a claim.
Claims must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the service.
We reserve the right to deny claims for incomplete information, ineligible services, or misuse of the membership.
Reimbursement Policy
All claims are subject to review and must meet the following criteria:
Covered Services and Maximum Reimbursement Amounts:
Towing: Covered up to $150 (maximum $45 reimbursed)
Fuel Delivery: Covered up to $100 (maximum $30 reimbursed)
Car Lockout: Covered up to $125 (maximum $37.50 reimbursed)
Flat Tire Assistance: Covered up to $125 (maximum $37.50 reimbursed)
Claim Requirements:
Upload a clear, itemized receipt showing provider name, service date, description, and total cost
Claim limits per package:
Bronze Package: 1 claim per month
Gold Package: Up to 3 claims per month
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the service
Claim Processing:
Claims are reviewed within 7 to 10 business days
Reimbursements are sent via PayPal, Zelle, or check
Privacy Policy
We collect only the personal data necessary to manage your membership and process reimbursements. This includes:
Name and contact information
Payment details
Claim history and uploaded receipts
Your information is stored securely. We do not sell your data. Payment and claim systems are managed using secure third-party tools, such as Stripe and PayPal.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your plan at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support
No refunds are issued for unused time or partial months
Refunds will only be granted in the case of:
Duplicate charges
Billing errors
Disclaimer
America RRA is not a roadside assistance provider.
We do not dispatch tow trucks, mobile mechanics, or service vehicles.
Members are responsible for selecting and paying their own service providers.
America RRA reimburses 30% of qualifying roadside assistance expenses when valid claims are submitted, subject to monthly limits and individual service caps.
